Life story of the cooperative
Established in 2024 with five members, the cooperative" Zaytoune ASSAFA" was inspired by business creation competitions. It faced challenges in finding suitable premises, obtaining quality certificates, and dealing with a lack of funding. Thanks to its determination, it has overcome some obstacles and is steadily growing. The cooperative is certified by the ONSSA for the valorization of olive products and oil, and also holds a project monitoring certificate.
