TAYADIRT
Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2022 in Sefrou by five members, the TAYADIRT cooperative specializes in grain preservation and the production of couscous and traditional pasta. Through active participation in exhibitions and solidarity markets, notably in Casablanca, it has strengthened its commercial visibility. Holder of ONSSA certification and the “Terroir du Maroc” label, the cooperative is now preparing to launch its digital platform to expand its outlets and consolidate the valorization of terroir products.
