Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2018 in Sidi Bennour by 10 women, the Nissae Al Aounate cooperative secured a fully equipped headquarters and ONSSA licensing with help from the Mohammed V Foundation. Specializing in traditional couscous, it has established itself in solidarity markets.
