In M'diq-Fnideq in 2016, the Khayrat Achamal Cooperative was born from the initiative of fourteen members motivated by the need to promote goat milk. Despite growing demand, the members successfully addressed the challenge of limited initial production from the outset. They achieved an effective balance between production and marketing, establishing themselves as a model for the optimal use of local resources.
