IGBAR

Created in 2016 in the Akbar douar, the IGbar Argan Cooperative is the fruit of seventeen women’s commitment to structure their activity around the production and marketing of argan oil. Through collective organization and progressive skill-building, the cooperative built a solid economic model centered on mastering the value chain and product quality. Today, IGbar brings together 43 members and stands out for its export of pure argan oil, backed by recognized standards and reference certifications: ONSSA, Morocco Foodex, CCPB, and Terroir du Maroc. The cooperative fully embodies a trajectory of professionalization, territorial outreach, and rural women's empowerment, actively contributing to the promotion of local know-how at national and international levels.
