Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2022 in Salé by five ambitious women, the cooperative Help gluten freespecialized in gluten-free food products. With the support of the National Initiative for Human Development and the ODCO, they overcame challenges in sourcing and marketing to make their products widely available. The cooperative holds a certificate from the National Office of Food Safety, ensuring the quality and safety of its products.
