Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2023 in Sefrou, the HALAWIYATE LMSILA cooperative emerged from the valorization of traditional know‑how in preparing Moroccan pastries. Structured around five members, it has progressively enhanced its commercial visibility through exhibition participation, digital promotion, and placement of its products in local sales points. Obtaining ONSSA health certification, along with several local recognition certificates, marks an important step in its journey. Today, the cooperative continues its activities with positive momentum and a clear will to consolidate and grow.
