Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2017 in Midelt, the Dayaati women’s cooperative works to promote an emblematic natural product: apple cider vinegar. With forty-six members, it has successfully structured a production activity focused on quality, authenticity, and regional proximity. Through active participation in fairs and exhibitions, it has strengthened its presence in the local market. ONSSA certified, it stands as a model of successful women’s cooperation in a rural setting.
