Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2020 during the pandemic, this cooperative "Dar lemlih "was created by five women led by a food industry engineer, with the mission of enhancing local Moroccan products. They started with honey-based products and then expanded their range to include amlou and vegetable-based spreads. The cooperative holds several quality certifications, including sanitary licenses for honey, amlou, and spreads, as well as an export accreditation.
