Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2012 in Ouarzazate on the initiative of farmers seeking to organize olive processing and improve the valorization of their production, the El Mohammadia cooperative now has around fifty members. It has gradually structured its activities around the collection, pressing, and marketing of olive oil. ONSSA certified, a guarantee of quality and health compliance, it continues to strengthen its efforts in service of local producers.
