Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2022 in Rissani by five passionate young artisans, the ASSELLAB LILFAKHAR cooperative represents the transformation of local pottery from a traditional craft into a structured cooperative project. Quickly joined by twenty new members, it developed a collective organization focused on producing, promoting, and selling authentic handmade pieces. Through progressive work and strong member engagement, the cooperative structured its activities, increased its production capacity, and strengthened its market presence. Today, Aslabe is on a continuous path of professionalization, aiming to elevate local pottery to a higher level of quality and recognition.
