Founded in 2016 in Laâyoune by five members, the ASSAHRA ADDAHABIA cooperative specializes in the production and promotion of couscous, a pillar of Moroccan culinary heritage. From its inception, it has pursued a path of formal structuring, health compliance, and a constant quest for quality. Obtaining ONSSA certification was a major turning point, boosting consumer trust and facilitating access to local and national markets. Today, ASSAHRA ADDAHABIA continues to innovate, diversify its offerings, and adapt to consumer preferences, guided by a vision of sustainability and the promotion of local expertise.
