Life story of the cooperative
Established in 2011 in Jazoula, Safi province, the Al Khadra cooperative brings together 15 members around a shared project to promote the local caper plant. Through collective and sustainable organization, it has integrated this terroir product into a modern production chain. ONSSA certification has strengthened market trust and opened new development prospects.
