Founded in 2018 in Laâyoune by five members, the Ashraqat li Jamal Al Maraa cooperative emerged from an initiative dedicated to the artisanal production and promotion of local agricultural goods. By progressively structuring its activities within a formal legal framework, the cooperative has strengthened its organization and the compliance of its practices. Today, it is on a path of professionalization focused on quality, traceability, and adaptation to market demands.
